The space has two floors which is nice for a bookstore, it makes it more cozy for some reason. Just like their new store in Pinecrest, this will start as a pop-up, but, as with that store, they have every expectation that they will be there for the long term. You know what would be interesting? If they opened a window between the two spaces and maybe a door and they could serve coffee through the window opening and people can walk back and forth between the two spaces from inside.
